Find opportunities to sell additional products or upgrades that fit the customer's needs.Build Relationships: Create strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Follow up with quotes on a daily and weekly basisDocumenting incoming calls example (adding customer name, number etc.)Order ManagementReview Artwork: Check customer designs to ensure they're high quality and ready for printing.Create Proofs: Make digital mockups for customer approval if they need a final design before production.Track Orders: Keep an eye on orders and provide updates to customers who want to check on their status.Solve Problems: Handle customer issues, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure they're happy with the final product.Answer Questions: Be the go-to person for all customer questions about our products, services, and policies.Teamwork & AdministrationUse Our CRM: Keep all customer and order information accurate and up-to-date in our system.Stay Organized: Maintain clear records of all quotes and customer communication.Work with Internal Team: Coordinate with our production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time. Also work with the designer to clean customers designs.Learn and Grow: Stay informed about new products, trends, and technologies in the printing and embroidery industry. Experience: Previous experience in customer service role. Experience with printing or promotional products is a big plus.Fluency in English is a mustSkills: Familiarity with graphic design file types (like .PDF, .AI, .PNG).
