Archer Solutions is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This is a field-focused role requiring a highly proactive and energetic individual, with frequent client meetings and participation in exhibitions and industry events to generate and pursue new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and target markets Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) Qualify inbound and outbound leads Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team Maintain accurate records on CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads) Requirements1-3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or lead generation (fresh grads can apply if strong) Strong communication and persuasion skills Fluent in English (spoken & written) Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Basic understanding of sales processes and pipelines Experience with CRM tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce) Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or SaaS sales Background in ERP or tech solutions Familiarity with outbound sales tools Basic understanding of sales or customer dealing Used to working with targets (calls, meetings, leads)BenefitsFlexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Weekend: Friday and Saturday Basic SalarySocial InsuranceMedical Insurance
