We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Cairo, Egypt. The SDR will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities across regional markets, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess their fit for Infasme’s solutionsSchedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across the regionResearch target accounts, industries, and market trendsCollaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategiesMaintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systemsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targetsRequirements2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role (preferably in IT services or SaaS)Proven track record of lead generation and prospecting successStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage decision-makers and handle objections effectivelySelf-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindsetExperience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluent in English (French is a plus)
