DentalBase is hiring a full-cycle Sales Development Representative to own the entire sales journey.You'll prospect and cold-call US dental practices, qualify decision makers, run live product demos, and close the deal yourself. This role works outbound into the US market on US business hours, so confidence on the phone with US-based prospects and availability during US hours are essential.If you love carrying a conversation from the first cold call all the way to a signed customer, this one's built for you.What you'll do:Generate your own pipeline through high-volume outbound cold-calling and outreach to US dental practices.Qualify decision makers, understand their pain points, and position DentalBase as the solution.Run live product demos tailored to each practice's workflow.Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals end to end.Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed customer.Keep your pipeline, activity, and notes accurate in the CRM.Hit and exceed monthly outreach, demo, and revenue targets.What we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree.1–3 years in sales, business development, or a related field.Experience working in or targeting the US market.Availability to work US business hours.Excellent verbal and written communication in English.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Nice to have:SaaS or technology sales experience.Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo).Dental or healthcare industry experience.Track record of exceeding sales targets.
