Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channelsIdentify and prioritize high-potential regions, distributors, and retail chainsSet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth goalsBuild pricing and trade promotion strategies in coordination with management2. Distribution DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and manage distributors and wholesalersEstablish efficient distribution routes and coverage plansEnsure consistent product availability across all assigned channelsMonitor distributor performance and enforce service level standards3. Key Account & Retail ManagementNegotiate and manage relationships with supermarkets, mini-markets, and convenience storesSecure shelf space, product visibility, and promotional placementHandle key account contracts, pricing agreements, and trade terms4. Field Sales ManagementBuild and supervise a small field sales teamConduct regular market visits to monitor execution and competitor activityEnsure proper merchandising, stock rotation, and brand visibility in stores5.
