Whether it’s students, working professionals, parents, gym-goers, or anyone with a fast-paced lifestyle, our goal is to create products that fit naturally into their daily routine.Starting with functional ready-to-drink beverages, Nexo aims to become one of Egypt’s leading food and beverage brands through great products, strong distribution, and exceptional execution.We’re looking for ambitious people who want to build something meaningful from the ground up and be part of the journey from the early stages.We are looking for a Sales & Distribution Lead to build and manage Nexo’s sales operation from the ground up.This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, opening new accounts, managing distributor relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong execution across all sales channels.The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG sales, enjoys being in the market, and is excited about joining a fast-growing startup where they can make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.Open new accounts across gyms, supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, universities, co-working spaces, and other relevant channels.Build and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers.Negotiate commercial agreements and secure product listings.Identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion.Account ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular customer visits.Follow up on customer needs and resolve issues quickly.Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve sales.Distribution ManagementCoordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.Monitor stock levels across accounts.Ensure proper product visibility and placement in stores.Support route planning and market coverage activities.Sales Operations & ReportingTrack sales performance and target achievement.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.Maintain accurate customer records and pricing agreements.Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.KPIsMonthly sales revenue.New accounts opened.Active outlet coverage.Distribution reach.Product availability.Customer retention.Target achievement rate.Collection performance. EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.Experience2–5 years of FMCG sales experience.Experience working with distributors and retail accounts.Experience in beverages, food, dairy, or consumer goods is preferred.SkillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of the Egyptian retail and distribution landscape.Strong communication and leadership skills.Good analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Personal QualitiesResults-oriented and highly motivated.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Comfortable working in a startup environment.Willing to spend significant time in the field.
