A leading steel fabrication company specializing in industrial and infrastructure projects is looking to hire a Sales Engineer to support the technical‑commercial offering process.Our company delivers steel structures and equipment for industrial, construction and railway projects. We are seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to read RFQs and technical specifications, prepare compliant offers, and support the commercial team in the contracting cycle from tender to submission. Main ResponsibilitiesReview RFQs and technical specifications (mechanical, structural, installation, etc.) to understand project scope and client requirements.Prepare technically sound quotations by using the company’s pricing tools, material norms, and production data.Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure the offer is feasible, competitive, and aligned with workshop capabilities (e.g., steel beams, cranes, depot equipment).Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, including bills of quantities, delivery programs, and basic technical notes.Understand the contracting field cycle: tendering, clarification, negotiation, and submission of offers within deadlines.Maintain clear records of quotations, client requirements, and previous projects for reference and follow‑up.Participate in technical discussions with clients or consultants when required, under the supervision of the project or commercial manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or estimating/boq preparation role, preferably in contracting, steel fabrication, or industrial equipment.Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and RFQ documents.Comfortable using Excel and simple pricing/estimating tools to build quotations and analyze costs (materials, fabrication, logistics).Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and commercial teams.Basic knowledge of the construction or contracting cycle (tendering, offers, technical clarifications, and client follow‑up).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and deliver accurate offers.Work Location: Obour City (preference for residents of Obour or nearby areas) Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
