Job PurposeTo drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting services, and electrical enclosures manufacturing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop new clients in industries such as:Electrical panels Construction & MEP contractorsIndustrial manufacturing companiesGenerate leads, conduct meetings, and convert opportunities into orders.Expand market presence for laser cutting and fabrication services.Sales & Account ManagementManage the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals.Build long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.Technical Sales SupportUnderstand customer drawings and technical requirements.Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility.Provide clients with optimal solutions for:Laser cuttingSheet metal fabricationElectrical enclosures design & manufacturingPricing & CostingWork with costing/production teams to prepare competitive quotations.Ensure pricing aligns with company margins and market standards.Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions.Order Handling & CoordinationEnsure smooth order handover to production.Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.Experience3–7+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales.Experience in:Sheet metal fabricationLaser cutting servicesElectrical enclosures / panels (preferred)Technical SkillsAbility to read and understand engineering drawings.Knowledge of sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding).Familiarity with costing and pricing structures.Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Customer-oriented mindset.Self-motivated with strong business acumen.Working ConditionsOffice + field sales (client visits, factory visits)Frequent travel depending on business needs
