Sales Engineer – Industrial SolutionsTrust Engineering is a leading supplier of industrial maintenance solutions, specialty lubricants, welding products, and engineering services serving factories, manufacturing plants, hotels, and industrial facilities across Egypt.We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and provide value-driven technical solutions that improve customer productivity, reliability, and operational performance.This is a field-based position involving regular customer visits, technical consultations, prospecting, and business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new industrial customers within assigned territory.Conduct regular field visits to factories, workshops, industrial plants, hotels, and commercial facilities.Understand customer operations, maintenance challenges, and technical requirements.Recommend appropriate lubrication, maintenance, welding, and industrial solutions based on customer needs.Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product recommendations.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.Build strong relationships with maintenance managers, production managers, purchasing teams, and plant engineers.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.Follow the company’s consultative selling process and sales methodology.
