MAP Group backs its work with a 10-year warranty and dedicated after-sales service, focusing on long-term client satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Cairo, focused on kitchen and dressing solutions. The Sales Engineer will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and provide detailed product specifications for custom kitchens and dressing rooms. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, taking accurate measurements, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality. The role involves delivering technical presentations, supporting clients through the design selection process, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into successful projects. The Sales Engineer will also handle after-sales technical support, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution-selling skills, preferably in interior, kitchen, or furniture systems.Proven Sales experience in B2C and/or B2B environments, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing.Solid Technical Support capabilities, including site surveying, measurements, and interpreting technical drawings or 3D designs.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and manage high-end client expectations.Familiarity with or willingness to learn basic CAD/3D visualization tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on-site.Fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
