We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling industrial solutions and machinery, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through a consultative, solution-based approach.The Sales Engineer will act as a key link between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.Present, promote, and sell company machinery and technical solutions to existing and potential customers.Conduct technical and commercial meetings to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.Perform site visits and technical assessments when required.Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery.Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.Travel to industrial areas locally and internationally as required.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings when needed.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM or internal systems.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.2–3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Strong ability to understand technical products and explain solutions clearly to customers.Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Target-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives.Ability to travel within industrial areas and, when required, abroad.Good organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
