We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Riadco, a leading company in office and hotel furniture manufacturing.Job Summary:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely project execution.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Follow up on client feedback and ensure after-sales satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture / Interior Design / Mechanical / Industrial preferred).2–5 years of experience in furniture, fit-out, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or ERP systems is a plus.Owns a car and is willing to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B sales or project-based selling.Familiarity with office and hotel furniture markets.Ability to read technical drawings and translate client needs into product solutions.
