Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role based in Giza. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored technical solutions, and providing expert advice on medical equipment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and resolving customer inquiries promptly. This role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction. QualificationsProven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical SupportStrong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships, close deals, and ensure client satisfactionExcellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectivelyAbility to analyze customer requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their needsFamiliarity with medical equipment and technologies is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareStrong organizational and time management skills
