The Furniture Showroom Sales Executive will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on furniture and décor solutions. The role includes presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase. The individual will ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with merchandising standards. Daily tasks also involve handling customer inquiries in person and by phone, updating sales records, coordinating with the operations team on stock availability and deliveries, and following up with customers to support long-term relationships and repeat business.Qualifications Proven experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related consumer products.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with confident presentation and active listening skills.Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and common office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).Good sense of interior style and aesthetics, with the ability to advise on furniture combinations, colors, and space utilization.Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or extended hours as required in a retail environment.High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in maintaining showroom standards and handling customer information.High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or coursework in business, marketing, or design is an advantage.Prior experience working in the Egyptian retail market and fluency in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.
