We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (FCL, LCL, Air, and Land).Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals.Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/system. Requirements:3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping lines, and market practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Good command of English (written and spoken).A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
