Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive – Medical IndustryLocation: Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo, EgyptJob Type: Full-time, OnsiteReports To: Sales ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesIndoor Sales & Customer EngagementWelcome and assist walk-in customers (doctors, pharmacists, clinic managers, hospital procurement staff) at the Sayeda Zeinab showroom/office.Handle incoming sales calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email orders promptly and professionally.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical products (e.g., consumables, diagnostic tools, disposables, equipment).Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Order Processing & Follow-UpPrepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders accurately.Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery within Cairo and surrounding areas.Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and payment collections.Maintain customer records in the CRM or sales log.Upselling & Product KnowledgeStay updated on product specifications, pricing, and promotions for medical supplies (e.g., syringes, gloves, surgical instruments, lab consumables, first aid kits).Proactively suggest complementary or alternative products to increase average order value.Inform customers about new arrivals, seasonal discounts, or equipment maintenance services.Reporting & CoordinationAchieve daily/weekly sales targets (number of orders, revenue, margin).Report customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to management.Coordinate with the outdoor sales team to support their accounts remotely.QualificationsRequired2+ years of inside sales, retail sales, or customer service experience in the medical industry (medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).Familiarity with common medical products (e.g., disposables, diagnostics, surgical items).Ability to work onsite full-time in Sayeda Zeinab (reliable transportation required).Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/ERP basics).PreferredBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Science, or Business Administration.Previous experience in a medical showroom, medical distributor, or hospital supply company.Knowledge of Sayeda Zeinab’s local healthcare market and customer base.
