We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor) to join AQUATOP team within the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.The role involves working closely with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners to promote and sell our products across different construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials market.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.Conduct both indoor showroom sales and outdoor field visits to projects and clients.Promote company products and provide technical and commercial presentations.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize conversions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.Prepare regular sales reports and updates. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.1–3+ years of experience in sales (preferably building materials / construction industry).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Good command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Valid driving license is a plus.
