The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting JD Express services, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate follow-up on shipments and contracts. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics, transportation, or related industries.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing a sales pipeline, setting priorities, and meeting targets.Comfortable with fieldwork and on-site client visits across Cairo; valid ability to travel locally as needed.Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track leads, opportunities, and sales results.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a professional, ethical approach to sales.
