We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on expanding our presence in the electrical projects market, particularly in wiring devices (switches and sockets) and related electrical solutions.The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from project identification and lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and successful closing.You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the most suitable technical and commercial solutions from our portfolio of leading international brands.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and electrical projects market.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project decision-makers.Promote and specify our portfolio of electrical solutions including wiring devices, enclosed switches, industrial sockets, and luxury electrical accessories.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, project follow-up, and quotation submission to negotiation and closing.Track upcoming projects and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure the best solutions are delivered to clients. QualificationsProven experience in sales with strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience in wiring devices projects (switches and sockets) is highly preferred, particularly with MK Electric or similar international brands.Good understanding of the electrical projects market, including working with contractors and consultants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.Ability to conduct market research and identify new project opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team environment.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Owning a car is a must for client visits and project follow-ups.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
