We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves approaching vendors in the field, building strong business relationships, collecting required documentation, and handling contract discussions including commission negotiations. The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, communication, and closing deals with vendors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential vendors in assigned areas.Present company services/products to vendors and explain partnership benefits.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.Collect all required documents from vendors for onboarding.Coordinate with internal teams for vendor registration and activation.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and commission structures.Ensure all agreements are signed and completed accurately.Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and sales targets.Provide regular market feedback and competitor updates.Resolve vendor concerns and maintain satisfaction. 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Vendor Acquisition.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in field visits and meet targets.Good relationship-building and persuasion skills.Experience in contract handling and commission discussions preferred.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.Bachelor's degree
