Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Follow-Up Coordinator to support our sales and project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking quotations, following up on ongoing projects and tenders, maintaining accurate records within the company software, and ensuring continuous communication with clients regarding project status and updates.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of emails, calls, and follow-up activities across multiple projects simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update project, quotation, and client information within the company software.Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain updated status records.Coordinate with clients regarding quotation status, project updates, and tender progress.Track ongoing projects, tenders, and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and action.Handle a high volume of emails, phone calls, and client communications professionally and efficiently.Maintain accurate data entry and organized documentation of all activities.Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, and project teams to obtain updates and required information.Prepare periodic follow-up reports and status updates.Ensure all records and communications are properly documented and updated within the system.Support business development activities through proactive client follow-up and relationship management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, project coordination, tender coordination, or a similar role.Experience working with CRM systems, ERP software, or project management tools is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Professional telephone and email etiquette.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Arabic and English proficiency requiredLooking forward to receiving your CV!
