In this role, you will handle inbound calls from both members and non-members, presenting them with exclusive vacation packages. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong sales performance through consultative selling techniques.Key Responsibilities:● Handle inbound calls from members and non-members with professionalism and enthusiasm.● Engage customers by highlighting the benefits of Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ special vacation packages. ● Build rapport quickly and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.● Identify customer needs and tailor vacation package options accordingly.● Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.● Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior.● Stay up-to-date on promotions, offers, and product knowledge to provide the best experience. Qualifications & Skills:● Fluency in English (spoken and written).
