Job Summary: The Graduates Internship Program (PLANT Z – Pfizer Learning, Applying, Nurturing and Transforming Gen Z program) is designed to equip recent graduates for rapid customer-impact readiness through structured learning, real-world rotations, and mentorship. The program accelerates productivity and develops future commercial leaders.This is primarily a sales-focused role (around 70% field exposure), where graduates actively promote pharmaceutical products, engage healthcare professionals, and contribute to achieving business targets. In parallel, participants gain cross-functional exposure (around 30%) through rotations across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain, enabling a well-rounded commercial foundation.Roles & Responsibilities:Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting scientific evidence and clinical data. Promote products and highlight value propositions aligned to customer needs. Support achievement of sales targets through active participation in field activities and territory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Gain hands-on experience in field sales, account management, and customer engagement strategies. Participate in sales planning and execution cycles, including campaigns, launches, and initiatives. Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support engagement plans to enhance product visibility. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated commercial strategies. Participate in rotational assignments across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain. Develop understanding of market access strategies, pricing models, and financial planning. Engage in structured learning, mentorship programs, and capstone projects. Leverage digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms to enhance customer engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular performance reports. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or relevant scientific background. Recent graduate (0-1 Year). Strong interest in sales and commercial career development. Good business acumen and customer-oriented mindset. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Digital learning agility and adaptability. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team. Basic understanding of compliance and integrity principles. Good command of English (spoken and written). Basic computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
