Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Lead role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include customer engagement, training and mentoring team members, monitoring team performance, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Lead will work collaboratively to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships, alongside identifying new business opportunities to expand MetLife's reach. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and deliver exceptional experiences.Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their performance and professional growth.Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
