Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and business partners.Promote transportation services including limousine, staff transportation, airport transfers, and tourism-related services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.Monitor sales KPIs and prepare periodic sales reports for management.Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Handle major client inquiries, negotiations, and escalations.Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to enhance competitiveness.Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to expand business opportunities .Preferred Skills:LeadershipStrategic PlanningNegotiationCommunication SkillsProblem-SolvingMarket Analysis Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in transportation, tourism, or hospitality.Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.Strong background in B2B sales and business development.Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).Very good command of English (written and spoken).
