Sales & Marketing Manager – Rokital for aluminum fabricationWe are hiring Sales & Marketing Managers for Cairo, Alexandria, and North Coast to lead business development and marketing activities in the aluminum sector. The role is focused on increasing sales, generating new projects, and expanding the company’s presence in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies.Generate new leads and secure projects.Promote aluminum systems, windows, doors, curtain wall, and façade solutions.Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.Prepare offers, company profiles, presentations, and portfolios.Study market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Coordinate with technical office and production teams.Achieve monthly and annual targets.Benefits:This position offers a fixed monthly salary in addition to a commission-based incentive structure. Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in sales & marketing aluminum productsProven experience working on mega projects and large-scale developmentsStrong understanding of end-users, developers, consultants, and contractorsExperience in B2B and project-based marketingAbility to support sales in high-value projects and long sales cyclesExperience in digital marketing and lead generationStrong coordination skills with sales and technical teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood command of English (Arabic is a must)Target-driven mindset and ability to work with salary + commission structureMust own a car
