Sales Manager – Nissan & Toyota Spare PartsJob Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of Nissan and Toyota spare parts, driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the availability and efficient distribution of genuine and aftermarket parts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Nissan and Toyota spare parts, including product knowledge, market trends, and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Nissan and Toyota spare parts.Lead, supervise, and motivate the spare parts sales team to maximize performance and productivity.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nissan and Toyota spare parts, including part identification, applications, and compatibility.Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and fleet customers.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.Ensure effective inventory coordination to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages.Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key customers to maximize profitability.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.Train and develop the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales capabilities.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and after-sales support. Sales Manager – Nissan & Toyota Spare PartsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales of Nissan and Toyota spare parts.Proven experience in managing a spare parts sales team and achieving sales targets.Strong technical knowledge of genuine and aftermarket Nissan and Toyota spare parts.Ability to identify spare parts using electronic catalogs, part numbers, and technical references.Extensive understanding of the automotive spare parts market, distribution channels, and customer segments.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or dealership management systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong customer service orientation and commitment to maintaining long-term business relationships.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with an authorized Nissan or Toyota dealership or a specialized spare parts distributor.Hands-on experience with Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems for Nissan and Toyota.Professional certifications or training related to automotive spare parts management or sales.Established network within the automotive spare parts industry would be considered an advantage.
