The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the construction and coatings industry. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating across teams to meet customer and organizational goals.QualificationsStrong experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship buildingKnowledge of the construction and coatings industry, including products, market trends, and customer needsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to develop and execute sales strategies and meet or exceed revenue targetsProblem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsProficiency in market research, data analysis, and CRM softwareAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
