Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st El Zaqaziq. The role includes planning and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing sales data for insights and improvements, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams to drive overall business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in sales strategy development, business growth initiatives, and revenue target achievement.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide team members.Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate findings into actionable business strategies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Experience in the mobile services and accessories industry is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Proficient in relevant sales and CRM tools to manage pipelines and monitor metrics.
