Sales Manager – Light Current & Display SystemsJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial operations across the Egyptian market (with a focus on Cairo and surrounding areas). You will be responsible for driving revenue across a portfolio of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions and commercial displays, expanding our market share, and leading a high-performing sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Design and execute data-driven sales plans to expand our customer base, hit revenue targets, and ensure a strong market presence.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching.Project & Solution Sales: Spearhead the sales cycle for light current and display solutions, including Digital Signage, LCD/LED Video Walls, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, system integrators, and corporate clients.Commercial & Technical Coordination: Coordinate with our technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions, technical submittals, and financial proposals meet client requirements.Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the ELV and digital display sectors.What We OfferA highly competitive compensation package (Base Salary + High-Commission/Performance Incentives).Direct influence on the company's regional growth and strategic direction.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5–8+ years of proven experience in sales within the Light Current / ELV industry.Product Knowledge: Strong, hands-on understanding of Digital Signage, Commercial Displays, and security infrastructure (CCTV, Access Control, etc.).Network: An established network of industry contacts (consultants, contractors, and key accounts in the Egyptian market) is highly preferred.Sales Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value commercial deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Strong leadership capabilities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
