The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development within a manpower agency.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Identify and secure new business opportunities for manpower and staffing services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
