We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Hurghada for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving property sales, managing client relationships, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional guidance.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partnersOversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for managementEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations when neededQualifications:5+ years of experience in real estate sales management.Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of the Hurghada real estate market.What we offer:2 Days Off Weekly.
