You will be responsible for maximising our field sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.Key Responsibilities: Hire & train field sales team members and onboard new members;Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsManage CRM with current clients, increase the dubizzle client portfolio, and present dubizzle when acquiring new clientsPresent sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;Identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusAssist in setting financial targets, budget development, and monitoring;Identify opportunities to improve dubizzle Egypt's business in real estatePropose a competitive commission structureAssist in gathering Market insights and setting strategies for telesales (in-house) sales teams;Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or productsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagement;Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase salesRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration;A car and a Driving licence, as this role requires you to attend many out-of-office meetingsExperienceMinimum 7 years of Experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role;Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsKnowledgeStrong business sense and industry expertise;Familiarity with the dubizzle website;Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt and of the Subscription industry;Familiar with Prop tech, Marketplace, Facebook, and other digital platforms;Excellent in English Communication skills, both verbal and writtenSkillsDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation;Strong Leadership & people management skills;Highly computer literate and online savvy;Excellent in prospecting, cold calls and generating leads;Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills;Excellent at converting leads into paying customersTraitsExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;Positive/Flexible/Presentable/Committed;Eager for success;Has plug and play attitudeBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamComprehensive Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
