Analyze sales performance (sell-in / sell-out) across regions, products, and channels to identify key drivers of growth.Track and evaluate campaign performance across digital and offline activities, providing actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs (sales, market share, ROI, campaign effectiveness).Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps to support data-driven decision-making.Support forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends.Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize performance and improve business outcomes.Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources (sales systems, digital platforms, field feedback) to ensure accuracy and consistency. 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Experience working with sales and/or marketing data is a strong advantage.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
