As we expand our footprint, we are launching operations to capture the dynamic Cairo market.Role OverviewPosition: Sales and Marketing Representative / ExecutiveLocation: On-site – Qesm El Maadi, Cairo, EgyptExperience Required: 5 to 10 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (6-month duration, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs).Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Sales and Marketing Representative will drive market entry and growth within the Cairo region. You will develop market strategies, conduct research, build robust client relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Key responsibilities include:Market Research & Planning: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and high-potential opportunities within the Egyptian healthcare sector.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, approach, and meet with key healthcare stakeholders and prospective clients in Cairo to effectively present MediLink 360°’s AI-powered healthcare solutions.Partner Onboarding: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to onboard strategic partners (hospitals, clinics, and insurers) onto the MediLink 360° platform.Campaign Localization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our AI navigation and triage support tools to the Cairo market.Reporting & Alignment: Align daily sales activities with overarching marketing initiatives to meet business objectives. Provide regular, data-driven progress reports directly to leadership (Klaudia).Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the healthcare industry or AI-based digital solutions is highly advantageous.Core Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and market planning capabilities.Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe total monthly compensation package is structured as follows:ComponentAmount (EGP)Basic Salary15,000 EGP / monthCar Allowance5,000 EGP / month (Covers fuel, maintenance, and travel within Cairo)Total Monthly Gross20,000 EGP / month
