Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to existing customers and maintain strong business relationships.Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.Prepare quotations and follow up until orders are finalized.Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities when required.Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.Represent the company professionally at all times.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Complete 8–10 customer visits per day.Acquire a minimum of 15 new customers per month.Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.Submit daily activity and visit reports.Maintain a collection rate of at least 95%. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales.Experience in the medical supplies industry is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver's license is a plus.
