The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing detailed product knowledge, managing inventory, performing sales transactions, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in selecting the right products, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Job Description:Greet customers warmly and offer expert advice to assist in their purchase decisions, ensuring alignment with quality and customer service standards.Assist in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure effective stock management and product availability.Report operational issues promptly and address customer complaints, providing solutions or escalating as needed to ensure both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, inventory status, and team productivity to keep managers informed and support effective decision-making.Assign routine and non-routine tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators to optimize operational efficiency and ensure tasks are completed effectively.Supervise the shop's opening and closing processes to ensure compliance with established procedures for petty cash, reporting, and other requirements. Ensure accurate delivery to the accounting department by company policies and security standards as necessary.Communicate sales plans and targets to the shop/department team, monitor their performance continuously, and advise upper management on necessary corrective actions.Work Conditions:Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off.Work Location: Madinaty - East Hub MallWorking Hours:Morning Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMNight Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
