The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing luxury furnishings to achieve sales targets. Key tasks include providing exceptional customer service, assisting in product selection, processing transactions, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall shopping experience. A focus on delivering a high standard of service is integral to this role, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. QualificationsSales and customer service skills with experience in client relationship buildingKnowledge of luxury home furnishing brands and an appreciation for design and aestheticsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a team and achieve sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approachDetail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantagePrevious experience in high-end retail, sales, or related industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
