This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable home appliances and electronics. The Sales Representative will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through closing, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, updating displays, following up with prospective and existing customers, and coordinating with the operations team for stock availability and delivery. The role also requires meeting sales targets, handling basic after-sales inquiries, and providing feedback from customers to help improve products and services.QualificationsStrong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify needs, and close sales effectively.Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.Basic knowledge of home appliances and electronics, with the capacity to learn product features and explain technical details simply.Good organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple customers, follow-ups, and documentation.Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).Ability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed City, including weekends or shifts as required by business needs.Previous experience in retail or field sales, especially in electronics or related products, is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
