Your main mission is to convert free trial users into paying customers by guiding them, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value of Alostaz.This is a high-impact role where your performance directly affects company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads who registered for a free trialFollow up consistently with prospects during their trial period (calls + WhatsApp)Understand customer needs and explain how Alostaz solves their problemsAssist users in onboarding and using the software effectivelyConvert leads into paying customersTrack all interactions and updates in the CRMMeet and exceed conversion and activity targetsRequirementsStrong communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls dailyHighly disciplined and self-motivated (this is fully remote)Ability to handle rejection and stay persistentOrganized and detail-orientedPreferredBackground in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
