Amer Trading is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products including paints, decorative materials, wallpaper, flooring solutions, and finishing products, while building strong relationships with customers, contractors, interior designers, and project owners.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers and generate new business opportunities.Promote Amer Trading products and provide professional product recommendations to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and retail customers.Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales deals.Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and negotiate pricing when needed.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and promotions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries professionally.Support showroom and exhibition activities when required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Presentable and customer-oriented personality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Owns a car is a plus.
