Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Damanhur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Daily tasks include driving sales, building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Ongoing training and product knowledge development will ensure the candidate stays informed about the latest offerings and industry trends. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needsProven Sales and Sales Management abilities to meet and exceed sales targetsExperience in Training and mentoring team members to improve overall performanceProactive problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing customer demandsRelevant prior experience in sales or retail is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
