Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, demonstrating product value, and driving sales revenue. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the sales pipeline, conducting customer presentations and negotiations, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with product training for clients to ensure optimal use of our ERP solutions. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial for aligning customer needs with tailored solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional supportProven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop effective strategiesExperience in Training customers on software products or technical solutionsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
