Team members collaborate across disciplines to bring unique design concepts to life and create distinctive spaces that stand out.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in El Mansoura. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their interior design needs, and present tailored solutions across turnkey finishing, custom furniture, and luxury materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting showroom or site visits, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover, providing after-sales support, and contributing to sales forecasts and performance reports. The Sales Specialist will actively participate in presentations, client meetings, and occasional events to promote Imagine Interiors’ services and strengthen long-term client relationships.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide a high-quality client experience.Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, such as supporting team performance, sharing best practices, or mentoring peers.Familiarity with interior design, architecture, or construction services is highly advantageous.Ability to work on-site in El Mansoura, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize effectively.Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and client communication.Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, real estate, or related fields.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related discipline is a plus.
