Role DescriptionPurely is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized beauty and cosmetics solutions. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, generating sales, executing sales strategies, organizing inventory, and maintaining product displays. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and assist with team collaboration to achieve sales targets. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs.Proficiency in Sales techniques, with the ability to meet goals and drive revenue growth.Experience in Sales Management and the ability to implement effective strategies that support team performance.Ability to conduct or participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.Prior experience in a retail or beauty sales environment is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
