A. Business Development & SalesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase company revenue.Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals based on client needs.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals successfully.Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.B. Sales Presentations & NegotiationsMaintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Handle client complaints or service issues professionally and promptly.Coordinate with operations, pricing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support.C. CoordinationWork closely with the Operations and Pricing departments to ensure accurate quotations and timely service execution.Cooperate with Finance to follow up on client payments and credit limits.D. Achieving Sales TargetsMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.Monitor competitor activities, rates, and market trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in logistics, shipping).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good command of English
