The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding clients through the car-buying process, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills and market expertise.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills. Ability to build relationships and provide a positive experience to clients.Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.Competence in Sales Management and Training to meet team and personal performance goals.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not a requirement.Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in sales processes is a plus.
