The organization focuses on building long-term partnerships by combining quality products with reliable technical and commercial support.Role Description This is a full-time, or part time on-site Sales Specialist role based in Heliopolis. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in target industries by identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, presenting product portfolios, preparing quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in coordination with the sales management team. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the technical team to provide suitable product recommendations and solutions. The Sales Specialist will also track market trends, report competitor activities, and support product training or demonstrations for customers as needed.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide timely, professional support.Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline management, target achievement, negotiation, and reporting.Ability to deliver or support Training for customers or internal teams on product features, applications, and best practices.Experience in chemicals or related sectors (personal care, pharma, food, or home care) is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific or business field preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; good written and spoken English and Arabic.Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and industry events as required.
