The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and follow up on leads related to hardware, software, and integrated infrastructure solutions. Daily activities include meeting with potential and existing clients, understanding their technical and business needs, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition from presales discussions to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. The Sales Specialist will also prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle client inquiries professionally.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including managing a pipeline, meeting targets, and negotiating deals for technology or related solutions.Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams, explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language.Familiarity with hardware, software implementation, or IT infrastructure solutions, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn.Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Heliopolis, with the discipline to work independently from home when required.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
