This is an incredible opportunity to make a real impact and grow with a company that values its employees!Location: Dakahlia, EgyptWork Arrangement: On-siteExecute the company’s sales plans and targets, and distribute sales targets to sales representatives for each assigned area.Follow up on the implementation of promotions and discounts offered to customers, distribute them to sales representatives, and monitor route plans.Apply the company’s financial and sales policies and ensure compliance with the credit periods and limits granted to customers, while monitoring customer receivables.Follow up on customer issues and work promptly to resolve them, while submitting a detailed report to the direct manager.Ensure the availability of a complete database for all current and potential customers within the assigned area to maintain continuous business relationships with the company.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team on a monthly basis.Follow up on the sales team’s target achievement (monthly / weekly / daily).Hold regular meetings with the sales team to ensure the quality and efficiency of customer service.Ensure the sales team uses accurate information about current and potential customers, continuously updates relevant data, and keeps sales routes updated according to business needs.Receive sales, competition, distribution, and productivity reports from sales representatives and submit them to the direct manager.Train and integrate new hires into the sales team and ensure they feel welcomed and part of the team.Provide the necessary initial training programs for new employees. Relevant university degree.Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the food industry at the same job level.Good command of the English language.Required Skills and CompetenciesLeadership skills.Proficiency in computer use and relevant job-related software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
